Today's outfit was inspired by the music festivals going on the next few weekends.  I wanted to combine a classic and more sophisticated piece with festival inspired items.  I loved my look today and I hope you did, too!

Makeup of the Day: 04/09/2015

Today's makeup was simple and I loved it! I didn't want to do a dramatic eye like I have been the past couple of days, so I just simply lined the top waterline of my eyelid, swiped on 'mulch' eyeshadow from MAC's line and coated my lashes in benefit's Bad Gal Lash mascara.  For my lips, I did what I consider a rose color. I used urban decay's lipstick in 'turn on'. Super simple and didn't take too long!

It's my birthday! "22" by T. Swift has been played often today, for obvious reasons.  But I'm posting because I wanted to share my outfit with you all! I was super comfortable all day but felt super cute and classy, as well.

Makeup of the Day: 03/16/2015

Today's look was inspired by a Pinterest trend in the hair&beauty categorie: plum lips and golden eyes.  Today I swiped on Urban Decay's 'half baked' eye shadow (great for brown, hazel and green eyes!) and did a simple black eyeliner.  For the lips, I lined it with MAC's 'vino' lip pencil and swiped Maybelline's Colorsensational lipstick in 'plum paradise' to complete the look.

So today was a little warm for February, so I took advantage of it! I wore some new pieces I got from Forever 21 and felt great, not only from wearing new and cute clothes, but from all the sunshine and warmth from today.
