Latest Buy: Lush Love Lettuce Face Mask

I went to Lush for the first time ever today and I fell in love. The associates were so helpful in helping me find a fresh face mask to work for my skin (combination and oily). I ended up purchasing the Love Lettuce Face Mask ($6.95) along with a few other products. This mask calms redness and reduces oil, as well as exfoliate skin to help brighten your face and give it a healthy glow. Unfortunately, these fresh face masks can't be purchased online. If you have a Lush store in your area, I highly recommend this face mask if you have the same skin conditions that I do!

Latest Buy: Knee High Lace Up Boots

I wanted some new boots for this fall season and right now, knee high lace up boots are in. I bought these Rocketdog brand boots in tan from Macy's and got them for a decent price (with the help of some coupons). They are normally $90 on the site, but totally worth it due to how comfy and cute they are.

Makeup of the Day: 10/03/2014

Today's makeup is a simple, natural look (since I'll be going out later and doing a more dramatic look). I did my normal face makeup routine. For my eyes, I put MAC 'mulch' on my lid and MAC 'embark' on my crease and blended the two together. I decided on no eyeliner for this look and just swiped on two different mascaras: benefit's badGAL lash on the base of my eyelashes and covergirl eyelights mascara (they may have discontinued this one, unfortunately...but almay has one similar to it) for the overall eyelash application. For my lips, I put on my essence lipgloss in 'big night out' to complete my look.

Hair of the Day: 10/01/2014

Today's hair look was quite simple to do. I simply braided my hair after I did my makeup and let it stay in the braid for about 3 hours. Then I undid the braid and BAM waves for days.

Also, my hair has gotten quite long since I cut it to my shoulders in June of 2012!
